Inspections are carried out round the clock by our in-house quality assurance and laboratory technicians to ensure highest quality standards. Our technicians also work closely with our customers.
ABOUT ACML
The mill is in Pattoki, Punjab, which is located at a distance of 90-km from Lahore on the Lahore-Multan National Highway. The mill is spread over approximately 25 acres and it has a total constructed building area of over 200,000 square feet. Since we at ACML strongly believe that a satisfied workforce is also a more productive workforce, the mills compound includes residential quarters for its employees, provision of clean drinking water through in-house reverse osmosis plant and tube well, canteen, park area, etc.
Machinery
Machinery at ACML has been selected carefully keeping in mind the requirements of its customers and fibers spun. Suppliers include Trutzschler Germany, Reiter Switzerland, Murata Japan, Hara Japan, Toyoda Japan, Shanghai Erfangji China, Texpart Germany, etc. Raw material i.e. cotton though abundantly available in Pakistan is routinely imported from India, Brazil, Australia, USA, etc. depending on the requirements of customers. BCI cotton is also regularly spun in units.
